JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher with us, you will be offered a permanent position where you play an important role in strengthening students' learning and goal fulfillment. The assignment involves subject teaching in whole classes and teaching in smaller groups based on the needs of the organization. You work closely with the students and make a difference through clear structure, good didactics, and a safe leadership in the learning environment.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching within your assignment. Your teaching is varied, research-based, and rests on proven experience. You follow the school's approach and lesson model with clear purpose, goals, and implementation in each lesson. Continuous documentation of the teaching takes place in the learning platform SchoolSoft.

The role combines independent responsibility with strong collegial support. You will be part of a strong and committed grade team where collaboration, shared responsibility, and professional exchange of experiences are a natural part of everyday life. Together, you create conditions for safety, study peace, and an inclusive learning environment.

You build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians through positive and constructive communication and are driven to support both students' knowledge development and their social development.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a teacher with us, you must have a teaching license with authorization for primary school. You also need to have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you stand for good ethics and sound values and actively work for equal opportunities, both within the organization and in society at large.

You have a good ability to create and maintain professional relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with colleagues and other functions and contribute to a positive and solution-focused work climate.
